Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. During holidays, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Please note that high order volumes may affect the processing of expedited orders. In the event of any delays, you will be contacted with updated information regarding your shipment.

 

Overnight Orders

• All overnight orders must be placed before 11 AM on business days for same-day processing.
• Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday.

 

Shipping vs. Delivery

Please note that shipping and delivery are not the same. Delivery services are available for local customers only.

 

Standard Shipping

For standard shipping, orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after purchase, though holidays may extend this time. If you opt for Overnight or Express shipping, your order will be processed accordingly. Otherwise, orders will ship within 2-5 business days based on current order volume.
