At First Class Fashion, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All merchandise is sold AS IS, and by making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our no-refund policy. Please contact us at dahairport2027@icloud.com for all questions and concerns.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges or offer store credit for any merchandise sold.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via email at dahairport2027@icloud.com. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped or picked up. Once an item is received by customer, the order cannot be canceled.
